Resources
The Be All You Can Be Award has been structured to support young people to develop an entrepreneurial mindset as well as learning about the more formal knowledge and information needed to start a small business.
The full Award consists of 3 interactive Units and is sign-posted at SCQF Level 5
Each Unit has an interactive Activity Workbook for young people designed to facilitate group activities embedded in 12 workshops. This is supported by a Facilitator Resource Pack with detailed lesson plans, additional resources and PowerPoint teaching presentations.
Each Unit also has a Descriptor and full assessment material (with sampler answers).
Facilitators can, however, choose to deliver the Units or individual workshops using a more informal method without assessment. Ideally learners should complete all three units but they can also be used independently.
